For the times when we have our hands full of bees and can't get to the phone, we do have a menu answering system for voice calls, so please select the appropriate extension number that best fits the reason for your call. When we do not answer, there's a good reason. We are happy to return calls as soon a possible, so please leave a message.

An eMail is preferred over Text messages for conducting any type of business, since it goes directly to our desktop office system for accurate record keeping. Also note, our main number is a designated office line and is not checked for text messages.

When ordering anything online, you’re likely to have a few questions. We totally understand.

Whether you have a bee question or if you are interested in bees or supplies, or would simply like some "local honey" we'll be happy to help when we can. However, we are in the field working bees more than we are in the office, so we may not always be able to answer the phone during typical business hours, especially during pollination season.

Please note, we are not able to assist with bee removal or swarm capturing at this time. Please refer to the Texas Apiary Inspection Service website for a list of beekeepers registered by county that should be able to help.
