Please Contact Us if you experience any problems with placing an order. Help and basic information about using this new version of our website can be following the links below. We have a slightly different Ordering Process now, and an entirely new addition of a FAQs & How To section. We are still adding to multiple new areas, so if things are not complete and and easy to follow, check the page again in a few days. Please use the links below to find help with the listed topics.
We are transitioning from the original legacy website to an all new "mobile friendly" version.
We are in the process of uploading an updated version of our site during the weeks in mid September and hope to be complete before the first of October. Additions and alterations include an easier to navigate menu system (the 3 bars for mobile devices) and more information in the 411 section than the older desktop version of our site.
If you are a return visitor, expect to see a totally different look and feel. Any "saved" or bookmarked pages should resolve without issue or return a 404 error with a link below for the Home Page. Some pages may require a refresh to see the latest updates. The site makeover/revision now includes the mobile style 3 bar menu system and a Search bar option. (more below)

Help with honey bee related questions, like Locating Queens, for example, should be just a click or tap away surfing the Educational page links or using the menu or the search tool at the top of any page.
The new FAQs & How To page has a table of contents and menu system showing multiple pages, with articles about some of the more common and frequently asked questions and topics. This section is a work in progress, but many pages are active and more are being activated daily.

Search our site - Using the Search Bar - Magnifying Glass
"Desktop mode" users should see the search bar option magnifying glass icon (see attached) at the top right of the screen in both Portrait and Landscape orientation. Examples 1 & 3
Example 2 shows that Mobile users may have to turn/rotate the device (temporarily) to landscape mode to access the search bar.
Sample 4 shows no magnifying glass on a phone until it is either turned sideways or have the "Desktop site" option turned on.
The reason the search bar might appear in landscape mode is due to the website's responsive design. To fit on a smaller vertical screen, this website, using Google Sites, is hiding elements like the search bar within a menu. By rotating to a wider, horizontal view, the site's layout expands and makes the hidden elements visible again.
